    I have been locked out of my online banking 2 months straight now... Management at this branch was less than helpful.. BMO has gone down hill .. I am , after 51 yrs with them.. moving... actually expect a reprisal for writing this.. that is how little I trust BMO , and especially this branch..

    David Newman is just a prissy little child who throws a tantrum when things don't go his way. I've had nothing but the best, quickest and understanding service from them.

    This has been most frustrating bank to deal with ever. Spend an hour and a half trying to call only to have no one ever answer the phone and their customer service mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. People never get back to you and then leave on holidays so you have no idea if what you needed done has been completed or just forgotten. Took them 4 years to figure out how to run a report to show mortgage payment separation of principal and interest. Would have given 0 if that was an option..
