  I have to say that I had the worst experience there today - I had to deposit a chq for a client of mine as they were out of town on an emergency and I never felt so much like a criminal in my life! For a chq under 100.00 and from a large organization - and I have done the same at all the major banks and never have I been made to feel so small. I will NEVER NEVER deal with them again, and once my credit card is paid I will close it and not look back. I will also pass this on to the higher ups in the organization I work for. We have many policies (and I myself have worked at a bank) and there are always circumstances that need to be looked at. Use some common sense tellers at RBC!
