  They do not prep before opening. They are not truly open and ready when they open the store to the public. Maybe show up 10 min before you open like any other professional business.

  By far the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life! I feel a toddler could have done the same job! I went in to get the split ends cut off off my long hair, she told me 2". It ended up being around 4 or 5 when she was done it kept getting shorter and shorter and when she was done the front was lopsided and one side way longer than the other. She said we could leave t and it could be a new style. I was like are you serious!? She tried to fix it and she "wouldn't let me leave until it was perfect" it's still lopsided and strands of hair are longer then the other around my head. I just want to cry honestly! I wouldn't go back here ever again and I don't recommended anyone else either unless you want to spend more money at a different salon with qualified staff to fix their mistakes! I would give this a zero star if it was an option!
