  Fantastic customer service. Top quality jewellery. We have had custom jewelry made over the last 11yrs. every item was PERFECT when it was presented to me, and the price was spot on! They are easy to talk to and explain anything I didn't understand. They have earned my trust many times over. I recommend them to anyone who wants the best.

  My family and I have had two really positive experiences with the amazing staff at J.K. Schmidt over the past month. Most recently, my siblings and I brought in my mom's vintage watch for repair and were so impressed to get it back to us in time for Mother's Day, working perfectly!

  I have purchased jewellry here and always been happy with it. More importantly though, JK Scmidt is the only jeweller in Kelowna/West Kelowna I trust to make repairs and size jewellry for me. I know they are honest and after a sad experience with Birks in Vancouver, I trust JK Schmidt with my jewellry. Great customer service from the employees and the owners.
