  that had been overcharged by accident. I would never have known , but he did , and he made it right. Great , honest , no damage, what more could you ask for with all your precious belongings. Highly recommend these guys !!

  Had Packrat movers move our home this summer, they were courteous and respectful. The price charged was fair the guys worked really quickly , but carefully. Jamie even called me after the move to return money

  Hired Packrat for our move in July. Had Phil and Bryan and it turned into a 12 hour move. These guys worked their butts off. Very impressed, and they were very careful with everything. They were like the energizer bunnies, hardly taking a break. Don't let the tattoos throw you, these are stand up guys!! Would definitely recommend and Jamie was great to deal with.

  Jamie and Rob moved my parents from West Kelowna to Summerland. They were on time, courteous, and conscience. We had some last minute changes (drop off freezer at friend's business and picking up a couch) as well as multiple drop off locations with the one truck load. They had no problem with the changes and worked very hard from 10-5:30 pm. Their rates are very reasonable - they work hard for their money! Thank you for the move Jamie and Rob - not one item broken or damaged. Much appreciated. Sharon

  Thank you for your services on Thursday February 1st. I just wanted to let you know that it was some of the best service me and my husband have ever had. The 3 guys that helped, James, Michael and Hayden were kind and helpful and went above and beyond, we ran into some major issues with the purchase of our new house, a day that was extremely emotional they were able to keep our items on the truck, not make us feel like we had no where to put it, showed us a lot of compassion, joked with us and were just overall some really great guys you have working for you. They also mentioned how great you are to work for because you truly care about your customers.
