  , MY HUSBAND ORDERED HIS USUAL BURRITO WITH SOUR CREAM, WAS CHARGED .80 CENTS FOR THE SOUR CREAM AND HERE'S ONE ASKED FOR A GLASS OF WATER AND WAS CHARGED FOR THE CUP!!!

  WE HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT THIS LOCATION FOR THE PAST TEN OR MORE YEARS, BOTH FOR KFC AND TACO BELL, SINCE IT HAS COME UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, IT IS GONE DOWNHILL, THE NEW MANAGER HAS LOST ALL THE OLD STAFF, KIDS IN THERE AND THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE.

  I do not appreciate being duped when I go through the drive through by having my order substituted unbeknownst to me. I imagine that they count on people not returning to have their order corrected as people use the drive through for a reason. The last few times that I have visited this location I have not been impressed. This was the final straw. It will be a long time before I return to this location if ever again. I do not want to even give one star but it appears that I am being forced to.

  Terrible service. Ordered food. Some stuff was missing. My husband called to let them know and they said come back and we will also put in a 3 piece for the mistake. We went there and this guy said we only get the salads and it’s not in their policy to give out free food. It wasn’t us who asked they offered. We will never go there again. And the burritos were the most terrible burritos I’ve ever ate.

  TODAY WE ORDERED KFC GRAVY IT WAS SOME KIND OF PACKAGED GRAVY, JUST TERRIBLE!
