    Professional service, and honest advice. Used these guys few time and I only got positive results. Was never overcharged or given unreasonable invoice. Rob and Brian are the guys to go to! ... keep the great service!

    Super frustrated with J Wright in Kelowna. Paid the initial $95 fee for an assessment of our super old gas fireplace and got crossed wires somewhere along the way because I agreed to a cost of $200-$250 (incl labour) to fix and they billed me another $558 on top of the $95+tax without warning or clearing it with me. Absolutely ridiculous. We would never have gotten this fixed if we had been quoted properly. Make sure you get your full quote in writing and sign off on it before letting them into your house!
