    I have had nothing but great experiences here! The staff that work in the store are friendly, and their drivers are as well. They always do a great job with our requests. Thanks UPS :)

    BRUTAL. The customer service was in the Philippines, which I don't mind but they couldn't give me any info regarding GST charges on freight, nor could they email me a receipt, only via mail (not even fax). I never got a confirmation # of booking so I called back to get it. I had to call a 3rd time (yes my fault) as the agent didn't stipulate which Friday my package was going to be delivered & I forgot to ask. Another painful process. She said my confirmation # wasn't correct she then proceeded to go through all the questions again, postal codes to & from, she even asked what service...OMG in total my time wasted on the phone was 45 minutes...painful. I hope this isn't an indication of the delivery service as I need my package delivered on time....

    Received a delivery today which was left halfway down my driveway and nobody even came to the door to notify us that there were items being left outside. $600 worth of boxes left for someone to very easily take at their leisure. Very disappointing!!

    I ship dozens of packages monthly. I doubt they get it right 50 percent of the time. Do yourself a favour and use FedEx
