  We had two pets who were very old, and had been seeing Dr. Robertson at the Westbank Animal Care Hospital and he is one of the best veterinarians in the 40 years we've had pets. I would highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for compassionate, caring and reasonable veterinarians who are willing to "not" go to extra ordinary measures to keep your pet alive...if it is their time to get and they are very old. Everyone at this Clinic has been extremely supportive and now we're on a new road with a new toddler kitten. We look forward to many more years of exceptional service. Thank you for all that you do!

  Would highly discourage anyone from using her as a vet. Not sure about the other vets in this clinic but I opted to take my dog to Pawsitive vet on Sutherland and was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and affordability of that clinic. They offer both conventional and holistic approach and the Vet (Dr. Moira) there is phenomenal.

  She didn't even do the very basics such as heart rate check and feeling the animal over for any abnormalities.

  She completely failed to give my dog a proper examination, resulting in 4 days of severe suffering and potential fatality.
